If you are ever driving around Amrapali Circle in Jaipur, you might have seen our place at Plot No. F-2. That is where we run Spagia Agro Llp. Being in this part of Jaipur means things are always moving fast outside the window. We’ve got this office set up to handle all the agricultural stuff we deal with every day. It is not some polished corporate headquarters, just a workspace where we keep our files and meet with people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting folks involved in farming. The heat in Rajasthan can be a bit much sometimes, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do right by the people who rely on us. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, trying to make sure everything is in order and the deliveries are going where they need to go. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows what they are doing, so we don't need a lot of management or rules. It is more about just showing up and getting the work out of the way. We like being near the circle because it is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay honest in what we do.
