Somany Industries

Somany Industries is located over at A-85, Road No. 9, Vishwakarma, Industrial Area, so it’s always noisy and dusty around here. That’s just the way industrial zones are. We do a lot of manufacturing work, and the machines are running most of the day. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon fixing it with grease all over our hands. It’s not a clean job, but we like seeing things get made. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been working these machines for years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes to see what they need. The office is just a corner of the workshop with a desk and a couple of chairs. We don't bother with fancy brochures. Most people find us because they need something specific made and someone told them we could do it. It gets really hot in the shed during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the shift. We try to get the orders out on time, though sometimes the raw materials don't show up when they should. It's just a regular workshop where we work hard and go home tired. We’re just local people doing our best with the tools we have at Road Number 9. It isn't much, but it's what we do.
