Sodhani Biotech Private Limited

Sodhani Biotech is located over in Mahaveer Nagar-2, at Plot No. 277. We’ve been in this part of Jaipur for a while now. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve made our space here work for our biotech operations. Most days it’s just the sound of the fans running and people tapping away on keyboards. We don’t do anything too flashy. The work involves a lot of patience, especially when we’re waiting on results or deliveries from our suppliers. We keep a simple routine. We start early, have some coffee, and get through the list of tasks we wrote down the night before. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a few desks and some shelves piled high with technical manuals and binders. We’ve got a small area in the back for some of the more hands-on work, but mostly it’s about management and planning. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or fancy. We just want to do a good job and keep the business stable. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the local spots nearby. We’re just a small team of people who happen to know a lot about biotech and wanted to run our own thing. It’s been a challenge, but we’re still here doing it every day.
