Singh Communication

Singh Communication is located in the middle of the bustle at Bapu Bazar, right across from the Rathi Temple at Dhula House. This area is always crowded with tourists and locals, so there is never a quiet moment. Our shop is quite small, mostly filled with glass counters that hold different mobile phone models and a lot of colorful plastic cases. We spend the day helping people who have issues with their sim cards or need to top up their balance. A lot of the work involves just explaining how a certain feature on a phone works or helping someone put a new screen protector on without getting bubbles under the plastic. It can be quite loud with the traffic outside and the people shouting in the market. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things aren't too busy, but usually, there is someone standing there asking about a repair. We fix a lot of broken charging ports and cracked screens. It is a bit of a cramped space because we have to keep so many different spare parts and chargers in stock. People often stop in while they are doing their other shopping in Bapu Bazar. We just try to get the phones back to their owners as quickly as we can so they can get back to their day.
