You can find Shriraj Bearing Co at G-8 in the Radhika Complex, which is right on Sansar Chandra Road in Loha Mandi. Being in the iron market means there is always a lot of heavy lifting and the clanging of metal. Our shop is packed with boxes of all sizes, mostly containing different types of bearings. There isn't much room to move around because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the mechanics and factory owners who drop by. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, and we use a rickety ladder to reach the top ones. It gets quite dusty since the complex is near the main road, so we spend a bit of time every morning wiping things down. We have a small wooden desk where we keep the bills and an old calculator that still works fine. The lighting is a bit dim towards the back, but we know exactly where every part is located. People come here because they know we have what they need, not because the shop looks modern or fancy. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The Loha Mandi area is always busy with carts and trucks, so it’s never really quiet around here. We just focus on getting the right bearings to the right people every single day.
