Shri Siddharoodha Agency is located out in Bhankrota along the Ajmer Road. Being on the highway means we see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles passing by all the time. Our place is more of a distribution point where we keep stock and manage orders for different items. It is a big, open space with high ceilings and heavy metal shutters. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the counts are right. It is not a place where people come to browse; it is more for those who know exactly what they need for their own shops or projects. The floor is concrete and often has marks from pallets being moved around. We have a small office area tucked in the corner where the paperwork gets done. The noise from Ajmer Road is constant, a mix of horns and engines that you eventually stop noticing. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by the light coming in from the big front door. We are just a small team of people trying to keep things moving smoothly.
