Shri Giriraj Industries

We are based out of VKIA, on Road No-9, at plot A-85. This is an industrial area, so there are trucks moving around constantly. Starting early helps us get things moving before the traffic gets too bad. Inside the unit, the sound of the machinery and people talking fills the air. Industrial parts for other factories are what we manufacture here. It’s a lot of repetitive work, and staying focused is necessary to avoid mistakes. Checking the machines regularly is a big part of the routine. When things break down, we might spend half the day fixing a motor or a belt. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor. Dust gets everywhere despite our best efforts to keep it clean. Our small crew knows exactly what needs to be done each shift. Lunch is usually eaten together in the shade if we can find some. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps things moving. We’ve been in this location for quite some time now, so the noise and the grit are just normal to us. Aiming to get the production numbers met and the shipments out by evening is the daily goal. Sometimes the humidity makes the metal sticky, which is just another thing to deal with. We just finish the shift and head home to rest for the next morning.
