Our shop, Shri Ganesh Art Jewellery, is located at 209 Navratna Complex in Johari Bazar. If you know Johari Bazar, you know it’s always packed with people looking for all sorts of things. We are just one of the many spots tucked into the complex. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to the building. We handle art jewellery mostly. It’s the kind of place where you can find something small or something a bit more decorative. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here making sure things run okay. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Customers usually come in with something specific in mind, or they saw something in the window. We try to keep a decent variety on hand. It gets hot in the summer, but the fans keep it moving. Johari Bazar has a lot of history, and being in the Navratna Complex feels like being right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who wander in. Some are regulars, some are just passing through the city. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people to 209. It’s a simple business. We keep the books, dust the shelves, and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It is what it is, and we stay busy enough through the week.
