Being so close to the school means we see a lot of parents and kids walking by every afternoon. The shop itself isn't massive, but we’ve managed to pack a lot of different accessories onto the shelves. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, especially when we get new stock in. We spend a lot of our time sorting through beads, buttons, and all sorts of little things that people use to make their clothes look better. The main road is always noisy, but you get used to the sound of traffic after a while. We opened up here because we like the vibe of Tilak Nagar. It feels like a real community where people know each other. Sometimes we stay late to reorganize the displays or count the inventory. It’s just a couple of us running the place, so we do everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to talking to customers. We don't use any big fancy systems, just a simple way of keeping track of things. People often stop in just to see what’s new or to get a specific item they need for a sewing project. We try to keep it simple and friendly here. It’s a good little shop and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood. We just take it one customer at a time.
