Shree Dadu Dayal Nursary

Down here on New Sanganer Road, things stay pretty green. We are right opposite Aaravali Marg in the Sodala Patel Vihar area. It’s a decent sized space for the plants. Most of our morning is spent watering everything and checking the leaves for any spots. Shree Dadu Dayal Nursary has been around this part of Mansarovar for a bit now. We have a lot of different pots sitting out front and rows of saplings in the back. It’s dusty work, especially being so close to the main road, but the plants don’t seem to mind much. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just a small spot to sit when the sun gets too hot. People driving by often pull over because they saw a flower they liked from the window. We spend a lot of time digging in the dirt and moving heavy bags of soil around. It’s not a quiet job, but it’s good to be outside most of the day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather changes and everyone wants to start a garden. We just keep things simple here. No fancy uniforms or big signs. If you need a plant or some advice on why your lemon tree isn't growing, we’re usually around to chat. It’s just us and the trees mostly. We like being part of this neighborhood and seeing the stuff we grew end up in people’s yards nearby.
