Shiv Enterprises

Our place, Shiv Enterprises, is tucked away in the industrial area at VKIA Road No 9. Specifically, we are at F 2 Manu Vihar A 56. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns, but once you find Manu Vihar, we are right there. The work is mostly industrial, dealing with parts and supplies that the factories around here need. It gets very dusty on Road No 9 because of all the construction and the heavy lorries moving in and out all day long. The office is just a plain room with some desks and a lot of ledgers. We don't spend much on decorations because it’s a place for work, not for showing off. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the orders come in and we have to get everything sorted. By the afternoon, it gets a bit quieter, and we sit and have tea while waiting for the next delivery. Working in VKIA means you get used to the noise of the machines and the heat. We’ve been at A 56 for a few years now. It’s a steady job, and we know the other business owners on this street. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply what is asked for and keep the books straight. It’s a practical business for a practical part of town that keeps us moving.
