Shekhawati Timbers

Shekhawati Timbers is located at F-153 on Kanota Road No 4, inside the Heerawala Industrial Area. If you come by, you’ll smell the wood long before you see the gate. We have all kinds of timber stacked up in the yard. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a big space for the wood and a small office where we keep the books and take calls. We spend most of our time moving logs and cutting planks to the right size for customers. It’s heavy work and we usually end the day pretty tired. We don't have any glossy brochures or sales pitches to give people. Folks come to us when they need good wood for building or making furniture. We just show them what we have in stock and tell them the price. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the gate. The industrial area is always busy with trucks and noise, so it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We aren't some giant corporation with a board of directors or anything like that. It’s just us, working with our hands and making sure the timber is seasoned right. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just sell wood and try to do a decent job of it every single day.
