We are located at number 30 in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a decent sized shop where we do a bit of everything. I handles mobile repairs mostly, but we also keep some electronic items like irons, fans, and extension boards. People in this part of Vaishali Nagar know they can bring their broken gadgets here. My father started with electronics and I added the mobile section later on. It’s a mix of old and new technology. The walls are lined with wires and different components. I remember when we first got the signage up, it felt like a big deal. Now, it’s just part of the street. We don't have a big staff, usually just me and my brother. We take turns sitting at the counter. The evening time is when it gets really busy with people coming back from work. They want their phones fixed by the next morning. I try my best to keep up. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, and I have to explain that to the customers. We don't do any flashy marketing. Word of mouth has always worked for us. It’s just a practical shop for practical people. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us over the years. We just keep doing what we know how to do, day after day.
