Sequin Crafts

Sequin Crafts is located over at 78, Jalvayu Vihar, in Sector-7 of Vidyadhar Nagar. It’s more of a working space than a big retail outlet you’d see in a mall. We spend most of our time at the benches. There are always boxes of small parts and supplies stacked against the walls. The lighting in the back isn’t the best, so we mostly work near the front windows where the sun comes in. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps when you’re trying to focus on small details. We started out small and just kept adding more tables as we needed them. Now the room is pretty full. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house number, but we usually step out to wave them down. We have a few locals who drop by to see what we are making, but mostly we are just busy with the daily tasks. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up from whatever we are doing to answer the door. The floor has some stains from glue and paint, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with your hands all day. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea. It’s a straightforward operation here in Vidyadhar Nagar, nothing more and nothing less. We don't have a big staff, just us and the work we do every single day.
