Saysh Moorti Kala Kendra

Saysh Moorti Kala Kendra is located at 1861, Prajapati Ki Gali. We are situated on Khazanewalon Ka Rasta, which is right in the heart of the old city area. The streets here are very narrow, so you have to be careful when you are walking. It’s a place where everyone knows their neighbor. You can hear the sounds of hammers and tools from the other workshops in the morning. The air is often filled with a bit of dust from all the work being done in the Gali. Our spot at 1861 has been part of this street for a long time. It’s a traditional kind of neighborhood where businesses have been handed down through families. Khazanewalon Ka Rasta is a famous path, and it stays busy from sunrise until long after dark. We don't have much room for fancy displays. Everything is packed in quite tight. The sunlight doesn't reach all the way down into the alley, so it stays a bit cooler inside even when the sun is high. We spend our days right there in the middle of the action. It is a noisy, crowded, and vibrant place to be. You see scooters squeezing past pedestrians all day long. It is not the easiest place to get to by car, but most people just walk or take a cycle. We are just one of many small places making things happen.
