Sandeep Associates Pvt Ltd is over at D-36 in Jamna Nagar, which is part of the Sodala area. Sodala is always a bit of a maze with all the traffic and the construction work going on. Our office is in a quieter pocket of Jamna Nagar, which makes it easier to focus. We spend most of our time at our desks, dealing with paperwork and computer screens. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big corporate office. We all know each other and we just do our jobs without making a big deal out of it. The office is filled with files and the sound of keyboards clicking. We have a small area where we sit and talk to anyone who comes in for a meeting. We deal with various local associates and keep track of different projects. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a routine of checking the mail and updating our records every morning. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just a few calendars and some necessary charts. Outside, the street life of Sodala continues, but inside we just keep things moving along quietly. We lock the gates in the evening and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s just a normal place where work gets handled and the coffee is usually hot.
