Saini Castings

You can find us at E-11(C) on Road No. 1 in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area. Being in VKI means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. Saini Castings has been here for a good bit of time now. The work we do involves a lot of heat because of the casting process. When the furnaces are on, the temperature inside the shed goes up quite a bit, making it a tough place to work during the summer months. We deal with molds and sand every single day, so the floor is never really clean no matter how much we sweep. It’s a gritty environment, but that’s the nature of a foundry. We don't have any fancy brochures or a glossy website. People mostly know us by word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign on the road. The crew here is small and we all know our roles. We focus on the metal and making sure the pours go smoothly without any hitches. Sometimes the electricity cuts out or a shipment of sand is late, but we manage to work around those things. It is just a regular industrial shop where we put in our hours and try to get the castings right. It’s loud, hot, and messy, but it’s our daily routine and we are used to it by now.
