Sachin Music

Over at 80/184 Pratap Nagar Sec. 8, you'll find Sachin Music. I started this because I always liked music and wanted to be around instruments all day long. We have a lot of different things here like guitars and keyboards sitting on the shelves. Most days it gets pretty busy when the local kids finish their school and stop by to look at the gear or practice a bit. The neighborhood is usually quiet until the afternoon hits. We don't really do much fancy stuff here, just fixing up instruments and making sure everyone has what they need for their lessons. If you walk down the street in Section 8 you can usually hear someone trying out a drum set or tuning a violin from inside. It’s not a huge showroom or anything like that, but it works for us and the people who live around here. Sometimes the heat in Pratap Nagar gets a bit much so we keep the fans going all day. I spend a lot of time just organizing the spare strings and picks because they always seem to get lost. It's a simple shop and we like it that way because it feels like home. You can find us easily enough if you know the area well. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years but the music part stays the same which is nice to see. Just a local spot for people who care about their instruments.
