Our shop is at B-62 in Indira Bazar, which is basically a maze of electronics and people. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s never quiet. At Rupal Mobile Point, we mostly deal with whatever walks through the door. It could be someone with a screen that looks like a spiderweb or a phone that won't take a charge no matter what they do. The shop is small, so it gets a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside. We have shelves full of cases, chargers, and tempered glass. We spend a lot of time sitting behind the small counter with tiny screwdrivers, trying to figure out why a motherboard is acting up. It's tedious work and sometimes our eyes get tired from looking at those small parts all day. We aren't a big showroom with fancy lighting. It’s just a practical spot where people come to get their tech fixed or find a cheap accessory. Indira Bazar has a lot of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes customers want to haggle for twenty minutes over a cable, and that’s just part of the daily routine here. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is a lost cause. It’s just a regular shop run by regular people who know their way around a smartphone and don't mind the constant noise of the market outside.
