Royal Craft & Creations Pvt Ltd is based over at H-173 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. It’s a big space because we need the room for all the materials and the machines we use every day. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks moving around and the sound of work happening in every building on the block. It’s not a place where you’d come for a quiet walk, that’s for sure. We’ve been at this location for several years now. The sun really hits the metal roof in the afternoons, so we keep the big fans running all the time. Most of the guys have been with us for a while, so we all know the routine. We start early to beat the heat. There’s a lot of dust from the work we do, but we try to sweep up at the end of each shift. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but it feels good to see the stuff we make getting loaded onto the trucks. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It is just part of being out here in Sitapura. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or meetings. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything is counted correctly before it leaves. It is a busy life but we are used to the noise and the constant movement.
