Roop Sringar Beauty Parlour

Roop Sringar Beauty Parlour is located at number 100 in Khatipura, Jaipur, right in the Jaswant Nagar area. I’ve been running this place for a long time. Jaipur can get really dusty and hot, so the parlour is a bit of a refuge for the women who come in. It’s a standard local shop with a few chairs and the basic equipment. We do a lot of bridal work during the wedding season because that's when everyone wants to look their best. The rest of the year, it’s just the usual threading, facials, and hair cutting. I try to keep the prices fair because I know my customers aren't looking for high-end luxury, just a good job done right. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it helps with the heat. The neighborhood is friendly, and I often stand by the door to chat with people passing by when I’m not busy. The shop has a lot of character, with different bottles and jars lining the shelves. It’s not perfectly organized, but I know where everything is. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Khatipura over the years, but our little parlour stays pretty much the same. It’s a reliable spot for the ladies in Jaswant Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
