Ritlite Energy Solution

Ritlite Energy Solution is located at 111/100 near the Keystone Apartment in Pratap Nagar. Our office is right by the Sanganer Gas Agency on Kumbha Marg, so there are always delivery trucks and people coming and going nearby. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve filled it up pretty quickly with all our inventory and desks. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for the most part, though things can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of orders to get out at once. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who know the business well and try to keep things running smoothly. The office has big windows that look out toward the street, but we usually keep the blinds down to keep the heat out during the day. We spend a lot of time on our phones or at our desks, checking schedules and coordinating with our suppliers. There’s a small area where we keep a kettle for tea, and that’s usually where we gather for a few minutes to take a break. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of place. We like being in Pratap Nagar because it feels connected to everything else without being right in the middle of the heavy city traffic that clogs up the main roads.
