Rela Marketing is right in the heart of Indira Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know how loud and crowded it gets from morning till night. We have been here in the middle of it all for many years. Our shop is small and usually filled with boxes of stock piled up to the ceiling. We don’t have a fancy display or a big sign out front. It’s a place where we do business with other traders and locals who know what they want. The floor is a bit uneven and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. In Indira Bazar, everyone is always moving, so we try to keep things quick. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know the inventory by heart. We get our lunch from the small stall across the street most days. It’s a very practical way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the customers are satisfied with what they bought. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the door, so we have to move the boxes. It’s just normal market life for us here and we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves in a quiet office. It's hectic but it's home.
