We are tucked away on the first floor at 41-42 in Purohit Ji Ka Naya Katla. If you know Johri Bazar at all, you know how crowded and lively it gets every day. It is the heart of the old market area here. We do our craft work right here in the middle of all that noise and chaos. The stairs up to our first floor are a bit narrow and steep, but once you are inside, it is a bit quieter than the street below. We have been in this exact spot for many years now. The space is filled with the smell of materials and the sound of people working with their hands. We do not have a big storefront on the ground level, so you really have to know where you are going to find us. We make various craft items by hand. It is definitely not a mass-production factory. Each piece takes its own time and a whole lot of patience. The market outside is always full of tourists and locals looking for deals, but we mostly stay upstairs focusing on the small details. It is a small space, often overflowing with boxes and finished pieces waiting to be sent out to customers. We do not do much advertising at all. People usually find us because someone else told them about our work. It is just how we like to operate, keeping things traditional and simple.
