We've been at No. 15A in the Jhotwara Industrial Area for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot here in Raghunathpuri Sarna Dungar, and we’re usually pretty deep in work throughout the day. The workshop is where everything happens. It’s not a fancy place, mostly just machines and the sounds of things getting built. Some days are louder than others, depending on what order we’re handling. We mostly deal with manufacturing parts and various items that people need for their own businesses. It’s steady work. My father started things off, and we just kept it going the same way. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for a website. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we know them too. If you walk down the street near the industrial area, you’ll see our gate. It’s usually open. We keep things simple. If a job comes in, we look at it, see if we can do it, and then get to work. There isn’t much mystery to it. We use the tools we’ve had for years because they still work just fine. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty in the shop, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things from scratch. We focus on the metal and the machines. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy ads. We just stay here in Jhotwara and do what needs doing every day. It's a local business through and through, just doing our part for the area. We like it here.
