Rajshree Pulp & Board Mills Pvt Ltd is out at 41 B in the Kaladera Riico Industrial Area. It’s a fairly large space because making pulp and board takes up a lot of room. We have big vats and drying areas that are almost always in use. The smell of the paper making process is something you never really forget once you've worked here. We’re not a high-tech facility with robots; we rely on the experience of our workers who have been doing this for years. They know by the feel of the pulp if it's ready or not. The office is tucked away in one corner of the mill, and it’s usually quite loud because of the heavy machinery nearby. We get a lot of trucks coming in with raw materials and leaving with stacks of board. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the clock to make sure the cycles are finished on time. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most of our clients are other businesses who need our board for packaging or construction. We just focus on getting the daily production done without too many breakdowns. The road out to Kaladera can be bumpy, but we’re used to the drive. It’s just a regular industrial job for us, and we take it day by day.
