You can find us down Khajanewalon Ka Rasta, at the third crossing. We are in the lane they call Gutiya Hanumanji Ki Gali. It’s one of those narrow streets where everyone knows everyone else. We make and sell moortis. The shop is always full of stone dust and the sound of chisels. We have been doing this for generations in this family. The space is cramped with statues of all sizes, some finished and some just started. It’s not a modern showroom; it’s a workshop where real work happens. You have to watch your step so you don’t trip over a piece of marble. The air smells like stone and incense from the temple nearby. We don't have a website or do much online. People just walk in or call us because they heard about our work from someone else. It’s a slow process, making these figures by hand. We take our time to get the details right. Sometimes the light in the lane isn't great, so we work near the front door. It’s a traditional way of living. We see the same people every day, and we like the rhythm of the street. It’s honest work, and we are proud to be here in this old part of the city. We don't have fancy brochures. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come by and look around the shop. We will show you what we are working on and talk about the different stones we use.
