We have been here at Tija Nagar for a while now. Most people around Sirsi Road know where we are. It is just a small shop at number 62. Mostly, we spend the day fixing broken screens or helping someone figure out why their phone won't charge anymore. Sometimes it’s just a dusty port that needs a quick cleaning. We keep a few new models on the shelf, but a lot of people come in just for a recharge or a new tempered glass to protect their screen. The traffic on Sirsi Road can get quite loud in the evenings, but that is usually when we are busiest. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up their repaired devices. It is not fancy here. There are boxes stacked in the corner and the workbench is usually a bit of a mess with tiny screws and small tools everywhere. We try to get things done as fast as we can because nobody likes being without their phone for very long. If the part is in stock, the repair is quick. If not, we have to wait for the delivery guy to bring it from the main market. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s a decent living and we like seeing the same faces from the neighborhood. Some days are slow, especially when it rains and the road gets muddy, but we stay open until late anyway.
