Our office is located at E-360 on Road No. 14 in the V.K.I Area. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s mostly big trucks and warehouses. We handle things related to mining and engineering, which means we deal with a lot of heavy equipment and spare parts. The dust from the road usually finds its way into the front office despite us keeping the door shut. It’s an industrial life here. We have a few desks in the front and a larger space in the back for storage and checking the gear. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to site managers or checking shipping schedules for the equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find leather chairs or expensive art on the walls. We have calendars from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take them down. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a minute to sit. We’ve been registered as a private limited company for a while, but it still feels like a small family shop most days. The guys in the back know the machines inside out. We just try to keep the paperwork moving so the jobs don't get stuck. It’s just how things go at Road No. 14, where the work never really stops until the sun goes down.
