Raj Communication

Our place is Raj Communication and we are situated on Ajmer Road. It is a straightforward shop where we handle things like SIM cards, mobile recharges, and some basic phone repairs. The location on Ajmer Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by all day long. The sound of horns and engines is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We have a small desk where we keep our logbooks and a computer. The walls have some shelves with various phone accessories and cables. It’s not a very large shop, so we try to keep things as organized as we can, though it doesn’t always stay that way. During the rainy season, we have to be careful about the water coming in from the road, so we have a small step at the entrance. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day, usually ordered from the shop a few doors down. It’s a regular spot for people in the neighborhood who need help with their phone connections. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just us here, doing the work and talking to the people who stop by. We’ve seen the road change quite a bit since we first opened. Some days are very busy and others are quite slow, giving us time to catch up on paperwork or tidy up the shelves. It’s just a normal local business that has been part of the landscape here for some time now. We usually open up around nine in the morning.
