We've been operating out of this small spot on Ajmer Road for quite some time now. If you've driven past, you've probably seen our sign near the main stretch. It gets pretty loud with all the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. Most of the day is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a particular handset won't turn on. People come in with cracked glass or batteries that died too soon. We also deal with SIM cards and recharges when the internet starts acting up for someone. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the counter. We keep some basic chargers and cables hanging on the wall because people always seem to lose theirs. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, and we just sit there and wait for the generator or for the lights to flicker back on. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy chairs or a waiting lounge. Just a counter and some tools for the repairs. We try to get through the work as it comes in. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down that keeps us going during the long afternoons. Usually, we’re here until the sun goes down and the streetlights come on. It’s just how we do things here every day, dealing with phones and people.
