Pyramid Mobile World

At Pyramid Mobile World, we set up shop in Pratap Nagar on Kumbha Marg, right at 180/01. It is a busy part of the street with a lot of foot traffic and cars passing by. We have a lot of mobile phones on display, along with all the extra things like chargers and screen protectors. The shop is brightly lit so people can see the different colors of the phone cases we have on the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to people about which phone is better for what they need. We aren't experts, but we have seen enough of these devices to know which ones tend to break and which ones last a long time. The mornings are usually spent cleaning the glass counters and making sure the stock is in the right place. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit until it comes back on. That’s just how things are in this area. We have a small water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. We know their names and what kind of phones they use. It’s a nice community feeling that we enjoy. We don't do any big promotions or ads. We just stay open late and try to be helpful when someone’s phone stops working. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going.
