Pratibha Polymers

We are out here in the Sarna Dungar Industrial Area in Bagaru, right at G1, 380. It’s an industrial place so there’s always noise and trucks moving around. We spend most of our time dealing with polymers and making things that people use everyday but never think about. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons here but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. The shop isn't fancy or anything like that. It’s just a place where work happens. Most of the people working here have been around for years and we know each other's families. We started small and stayed small mostly. You can find us easily if you know where the main gate of the industrial area is. The roads get a bit muddy when it rains but usually, it’s just dusty. We handle a lot of different orders and keep the machines running as much as we can. It’s not the kind of job you see on TV but it keeps the lights on. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist because we are usually on the floor checking things. Just walk in and somebody will usually be around the back near the stacks of material. It's a busy life but we're used to the pace by now. We don't really bother with big meetings or long emails. We just talk to each other across the floor and get the day's tasks done.
