Pooja Communications

Pooja Communications is at house number 455 in New Sanjay Nagar, right off Jhotwara Road in the Bhatta Basti area. It is a neighborhood shop, so we see the same faces almost every day. We handle a bit of everything related to phones and communication. The space is simple with some basic shelving and a main counter where we do most of our work. There are usually some boxes of new stock sitting near the entrance that we haven't had time to put away yet. We spend our time talking to customers, figuring out what is wrong with their devices, or just helping them top up their accounts. The road outside is always full of bikes, rickshaws, and pedestrians. Inside, we try to keep things as tidy as we can, but with so many small items and accessories, it is a constant job. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns being at the shop throughout the week. We like the location because it is easy for people in Bhatta Basti to reach us without going too far into the city. It is a practical business without any unnecessary frills or expensive decorations. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everyone who comes in gets what they need before they head back out to the busy street.
