Peayush Machinieries Pvt Ltd operates out of Bagaru Flat No 418 in the Akash Ganga Apartment. It is a bit unusual to run a machinery company from an apartment complex, but it works for what we need. This is where we handle all the administrative work and the technical planning. We don't keep the heavy machines here, as that wouldn't make much sense in a residential building. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure everything is scheduled properly. The view from the fourth floor is actually quite nice, and it’s a calm place to have our morning coffee before the phones start ringing. We are just a small group of people, so we don't have any complicated hierarchy. Everyone just does a bit of everything to keep things moving. Sometimes clients come by to drop off paperwork, and it’s easy for them to find us because the Akash Ganga building is well known in the area. We aren't trying to pretend we are some giant corporation. We’re just a practical business doing our thing from a comfortable office. It’s a simple setup that allows us to focus on the details without a lot of overhead or unnecessary noise.
