P Khandelwal Co is based at 7 M I Road, inside Park House. We are quite close to Ganpati Plaza, which is a landmark most people know around here. The office is in an older building, so it has a bit of character to it. It is not one of those modern places with no soul and too much glass. We have got high ceilings and windows that actually open. We spend our days here going through files and meeting with whoever stops by. It is a busy area, so there is always noise from the traffic on M I Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the work done properly. Most of our furniture has been here just about as long as we have. We like it that way because it feels comfortable and lived in. People usually find us through word of mouth rather than seeing a big ad somewhere. We are not big on self-promotion. We just figure if we do the work well, people will keep coming back. Sometimes the walk up to the office feels a bit long if you are carrying a lot of heavy papers, but we do not mind. It is a solid place to work. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. It is not complicated, just a local business trying to keep things moving.
