Om Mobile Point

You will find Om Mobile Point over in Jhotwara, specifically at number 9 and 10 in Jagdish Colony. We aren't on a big main road, so it’s mostly the people from the colony and the surrounding streets who come to see us. The shop is a simple setup where we handle all kinds of mobile phone needs. We have a couple of counters and some chairs for people to sit while they wait for their phones to be looked at. Dealing with electronics can be frustrating, and we see a lot of people who are stressed because their phones stopped working. We try to be practical and tell them if it can be fixed or if it’s time to get something else. The atmosphere in Jagdish Colony is quite local and friendly. We often recognize the people walking by and they might wave through the window. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We have a lot of different cables, earphones, and second-hand phones stored in the back. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have a lot of repairs to get through, and the workbench gets covered in parts. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just talk to people like neighbors because that is what they are. Being in Jhotwara for this long, we’ve seen how things change, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We just focus on doing our work and helping out the people who live nearby with their tech problems.
