Om Communication

If you find yourself in Jagatpura, you might see Om Communication at 41 B. It’s a small shop, squeezed between a few other local businesses. We don’t have much space, so things are usually piled up on the counters. There are phone boxes, old chargers, and some SIM card posters stuck on the glass that have started to peel a bit at the corners. It gets quite hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front of the shop directly, but we have a small wall fan that does its best. Most of the day is spent talking to people who come in because their screen cracked or they can't get their internet to work right. It’s a lot of repeat customers from the nearby houses who just want someone to help them figure out their new gadgets. We don’t use any complicated systems here; we just write things down in a ledger and keep track of who owes what. The street outside is always a bit noisy with scooters going by, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be some big tech hub, just a place where you can get your phone fixed or buy a top-up without any fuss. Sometimes we close a bit early if there's a family thing, but usually, someone is around to help out. It's just a simple neighborhood shop doing its bit every day.
