Nokia Priority

Our place is at C 7 near the Gandhi Nagar Mode. It is a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise coming through the door. Since it is a Nokia Priority shop, we focus on those phones and help people with whatever issues they have. The shop is not very big, but we have enough space for a couple of chairs for customers. People come in to look at new models or to get their old phones repaired. The walls are white and the lights are bright, which makes the space feel a bit larger than it really is. We spend most of our time answering questions about how long a battery will last or helping someone move their photos to a new device. Outside, you can hear the horns from the main road all day long. We have a small area in the back where we do the actual repair work with tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. It is a steady routine that we have been following for years. Sometimes we have a chat with the regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened. We are not trying to be a fancy showroom, just a reliable spot in Gandhi Nagar for phone stuff. By the time evening comes, the counter is usually covered in fingerprints that need wiping down. It is a quiet kind of work in a very loud part of town.
