Nokia Care Zone

We are located at Nokia Care Zone on New Sanganer Road, specifically in Scheme 1 near Tetaji Marg. It is a busy part of town with lots of shops around us. We spend our days looking at screens and fixing small parts inside phones. People come in when their devices stop working or they have cracked the glass. It can be quite stressful because everyone wants their phone back immediately. We have a small counter where we talk to customers and then a workbench in the back with all the tools. It is not a very large space, so it can get crowded if more than three people are waiting. My brother and I run the shop together. We learned how to fix things by just doing it for a long time. The address is 0.291666666666667, which is a bit of a weird number on the map, but we are right there on the main road. The noise from the traffic on New Sanganer Road is constant. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take, even if people get frustrated. Some days we have too many phones to fix and we stay late into the night under the tubelights. It is just a regular service shop for electronics. We see a lot of different people every day, all worried about their contacts or photos. We just do our best to get the job done and keep the shop running. It is not easy work on the eyes.
