Nirbhay Mobile & General Store

We are located in Renwal village at the spot known as Bag Ka Tiraya. It’s right at the three-way crossing. We see everyone coming and going through the Phulera area. Our shop is a mix of things. On one side, we have mobile phones and chargers. We do recharges for people there. On the other side, we keep general store items. There are snacks, cold drinks, and basic household stuff. It’s a handy place for people to stop. They come by when they are traveling between villages or heading home from work. The morning starts with us cleaning the glass counters. That's where the phones are kept. We get a lot of questions about data plans. People also ask how to fix a cracked screen. Then we also have people coming in for a bottle of oil or a packet of biscuits. Being at the Tiraya means it’s never really quiet. There’s always the sound of bikes and tractors passing by. We have a small bench outside. Sometimes people sit and talk for a bit. We don’t try to be anything special. It's just a place where you can get your phone fixed and pick up your groceries. The electricity can be a bit unreliable sometimes. We just have to manage with that. It’s just us doing our thing in Renwal. We make sure the local folks have what they need close by.
