You can find us on New Sanganer Road at Kumawat Colony number 9. We are a small spot tucked away where people come when they have trouble with their phones. The shop is filled with cases and chargers and small bits of electronics. It gets quite warm in here during the afternoon because of all the machines running. We spend most of our time staring at small screens or trying to figure out why a battery won't charge anymore. It's tedious work but somebody has to do it. We have a counter that has seen better days and a few stools for customers to use. People usually come in with a lot of questions and we try to answer them as simply as we can. It’s not a fancy store with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more of a place where you get your recharge done or buy a screen guard. We have a lot of regular customers from the colony who just drop in to say hello even if they don't buy anything. Sometimes the street outside is so busy we can barely hear ourselves talk. We just keep the fan going and work through the pile of phones on the bench. It’s a quiet life mostly. We don’t do any big ads or anything like that. We just open the shutters every morning and wait for the day to start.
