Madhur Art

Madhur Art is tucked away at No. 1/ 411 in New Vidhyadhar Nagar, right by the Omr. It’s a modern part of town, but our workspace feels a bit more old-fashioned. We have art supplies and finished pieces scattered all over the place. The floor is usually covered in some kind of scrap material or paint marks that won't come off. We don't really have a reception desk; you just walk in and find us working. The light in Vidhyadhar Nagar is actually pretty good in the afternoons, which helps when we are trying to see small details. We keep a regular schedule, but things often run late if we are in the middle of a project. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve known each other for a long time. The building is easy enough to find, though the numbering in this area can be a bit confusing for new visitors. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we watch the traffic go by while we drink our tea. There’s no big marketing plan here, just the daily work of making things. We like the quiet of this specific spot on the Omr. It allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions from the busier parts of the city. We just stay here and work on whatever is currently on the table.
