NaurangTelecom

NaurangTelecom is right on Church Road in the Shastri Market area near the Station Road. It’s a very crowded part of town because the railway station is so close. You can always hear the horns of rickshaws and the sound of people rushing to catch their trains. Our shop is tucked into the market among many others. We’ve been here for quite a while now. We deal with all things related to mobile phones, like recharges, new connections, and basic repairs. The shop is quite small, so when three or four customers come in at once, it feels very full. I usually have tea from the stall next door while I work on a customer's phone. There are wires and tools spread out on my workbench most of the time. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s just a practical workplace where we get things done. I know most of the other shopkeepers around here, and we often help each other out. Sometimes a traveler from the station stops by because they lost their charger or their phone died. We try to help them quickly so they don't miss their journey. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve gotten used to the chaos over the years. We don't use any big words or marketing tricks. We just sell what people ask for and fix what's broken. The market stays busy until late, so we are usually here till the last train rush.
