Nandani Die Maker

If you know Chandpole Bazar, you know how crowded it gets. Nandani Die Maker is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Finding us isn't always easy if you aren't used to these narrow streets, but we like it here. It’s a small shop where we spend our hours making dies and tools. You can hear the metal clinking and the sound of the grinders from the street. It’s a messy job, your hands are always covered in oil or metal dust by the end of the afternoon. We don’t have a lot of room, so everything is stacked up on shelves or tucked into corners. There is always a cup of tea sitting somewhere, probably getting cold while we finish a piece. My uncle started this place years back, and not much has changed in terms of how we work. We use our eyes and our hands more than anything else. It’s not some high-tech lab; it’s a workshop. The light in here isn't the best, but we know where every tool is kept. People from the market often drop in just to say hello or ask for a quick favor. It gets really hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we just open the front door and keep going. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural now. We don't do much advertising because the shop is always busy anyway.
