Mobile World

You can find Mobile World right at the start of Rajat Path, at Shop no. 1 in the Mansarovar area. It’s a pretty handy location for most people since a lot of residents pass by this corner on their way to work or the market. We spend the majority of our day looking at small screens and trying to fix devices that people have accidentally dropped or spilled water on. It’s honestly amazing how many people crack their phone screens these days. We keep a decent variety of accessories hanging on the walls, mostly things like chargers, cables, and protective cases because that’s what almost everyone asks for. The shop isn't very big at all, but we try to make good use of every bit of space we have available. I usually sit at the main counter near the door and handle the technical repairs while my cousin helps the customers with their questions. It’s a busy little corner most of the time. Sometimes the internet connection is slow or a specific spare part doesn't arrive when it was supposed to, but we try to be honest and let people know the situation. We aren't part of any big chain, just a local spot where you can get your phone sorted out without much trouble. We’ve been here since this building was relatively new. People in the neighborhood know they can just drop in whenever they have a problem. We don't have a lot of rules, just come in and tell us what's wrong with your gadget. It’s simpler that way.
