We are at 213 Baba Harishchandra Marg in Indira Bazar. It's a busy spot. Most days we are just handling phone screens and battery issues. People walk in with cracked glass and we see what we can do. It gets loud outside with the traffic. We started Mobile Touch because we knew about electronics. It's not a big fancy showroom. Just a regular shop floor. Some days are slow, others we can't keep up with the chargers and cases people want. We’ve seen the market change over the years. Phones get bigger, then thinner. We stay in our spot and keep working. Sometimes the lights flicker but we get through the work. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs a cable, they find us. We don't do much advertising. People just know where the shop is. The stairs are a bit steep. We’ve lived around here a long time. It’s a good community in the bazar. You see the same faces every morning when the shutters go up. We drink tea from the stall nearby while we wait for the first customer. That’s how it goes. No big secrets to it. Just a lot of small parts and screws. We keep the tools organized as much as we can. It’s home for us, really. Sometimes it gets dusty, but we wipe things down and keep going. We are just part of the neighborhood fabric now.
