Mobile Point

Mobile Point is our shop located on Tonk Road in the Pratap Nagar area. We deal with mobile phones and all the little things that go with them. Being on Tonk Road means it’s always busy outside, and Pratap Nagar has a lot of people moving through. We’ve been here for a while, just running this small shop. Most of our work involves helping people with their phones, whether it’s a screen that won’t turn on or just needing a new charger. We have a glass counter where we keep some of the phones and accessories. It’s not a very big place, so we have to keep things pretty tidy so we can move around and find the right tools. We don’t have any big corporate backing or anything. It’s just us. Some days are quite slow, and we just sit and wait for someone to come in. Other days, everyone seems to have a problem with their phone at the same time and we get pretty backed up. We don’t use any fancy language or try to sell people things they don’t need. We just look at the device and see what we can do to help. Tonk Road can get very noisy with all the cars and buses, but we’ve gotten used to the sound over the years. We’ve met a lot of people from the Pratap Nagar neighborhood. It’s a simple business, really. We open the shop, do the repairs, and go home. That’s how it goes for us every single day here at Mobile Point.
