You can find us at the Subhash Nagar Shopping Centre, right at SG-24. It’s a busy little area with lots of people coming and going for their daily errands. Many phone-related issues come through our door. Mostly, it’s people coming in because their screen cracked or they need a new charger. The shop isn't huge, but we make do with the space we have. Looking at small parts and trying to figure out why a device isn't turning on takes a lot of patience. It can be a bit frustrating when a repair takes longer than we thought it would. Even though the light in the shopping centre can be dim, we’ve got our own lamps for the workbench. People often drop by just to ask a quick question about their data plan or a new app. Helping out is just part of the day. It gets noisy in the afternoons when the school kids walk by or the other shops are busy. Having been at this spot for a bit, we know the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a decent place to work, even if the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer. We just keep the shelves stocked with cases and cables and wait for the next person to walk through. The floor needs a good sweep every few hours because of all the foot traffic. We just take it one repair at a time.
