Marbalous Arts

Our workshop and office are located at 2, Gan Gotri Garden, right along the Gopalpura Bypass on Tonk Road. Since we are Marbalous Arts, we deal with a lot of heavy stuff. Working with marble and art means there is always a bit of dust in the air, no matter how much we clean. The location on the bypass is good for transport, but it means there is a lot of truck traffic moving past us all the time. We have a bit of space here to store our materials and show some of the pieces we have been working on. It’s not a fancy gallery or anything. It’s more of a practical space where the real work happens. Sometimes we sit out near the garden area when we need a break from the noise of the tools. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Most of us have dusty shoes by the end of the shift. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make things out of stone and try to do a decent job of it. People stop by because they see our sign from the road. It’s a busy life, and there is always something that needs to be polished or moved. We just take it one piece at a time and keep the business running as best as we can. It's hard work, but we are used to it.
